Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive / Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. This role involves identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and cater to corporate clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
◦ Identify and target potential corporate clients through market research and networking.
◦ Develop and execute strategies to approach and convert leads into long-term clients.
2. Relationship Management:
◦ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
◦ Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution:
◦ Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
◦ Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
4. Market Analysis:
◦ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
◦ Provide insights and recommendations to refine sales strategies.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
◦ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in the CRM system.
◦ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
6. Collaboration:
◦ Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
◦ Participate in corporate events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company's offerings.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience:
◦ 2–5 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or account management.
◦ Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Skills:
◦ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
◦ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
◦ Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
• Traits:
◦ Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
◦ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
◦ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
