Role

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Corporate Sales - Digital Marketing position. The role involves daily tasks such as managing corporate sales, developing and implementing sales strategies, business development, and negotiation. The position is focused on establishing and maintaining relationships with clients to drive revenue and growth for B2B, SaaS, B2C, and D2C markets.

Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, market research, customer service, and effective communication to drive measurable business growth.

Primary Objective

To drive revenue growth and brand visibility by identifying, developing, and converting qualified business opportunities aligned with LCS's core solutions—Consultancy, Branding, Storytelling, Paid Growth, Organic Growth and UI/UX for India & Globally.

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting


• Identify and qualify new leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, Clutch, Behance, etc.), industry events, networks, and referrals.


• Maintain a dynamic lead pipeline and CRM.


• Target key sectors such as startups, D2C brands, real estate, fashion/lifestyle, and tech-driven businesses.

  1. Client Engagement & Pitching


• Develop compelling pitch decks and proposals (in collaboration with the design and strategy teams).


• Conduct introductory and follow-up meetings to understand client needs.


• Present LCS's capabilities with clarity, confidence, and alignment to client goals.

  1. Proposal & Quotation Management (working along with finance team)


•Collaborate with internal teams to draft custom proposals, timelines, and pricing estimates.


•Own the commercial conversation until closure (including negotiation).

  1. Relationship Building


•Nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.


•Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to generate repeat or referral business.

  1. Market & Competitor Research


•Stay informed on industry trends, emerging business opportunities, and competitor activity.


•Share insights with internal teams to inform service positioning and innovation.

  1. Sales Reporting & Documentation


•Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, proposals, and closures.


•Submit weekly/monthly progress reports with metrics (leads generated, deals closed, pipeline status).

Expected Deliverables


•10 number of qualified leads per month


•client meetings or presentations conducted each month


•proposals sent with defined conversion target


•Strategic input into positioning or new service opportunities

Must Have Skills & Qualities

  1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development of Sale in Digital Marketing services, ideally social media and performance marketing
  2. Strong communication and storytelling skills
  3. Understanding of creative and strategic services (branding, digital, campaigns, etc.)
  4. Sales-driven mindset with empathy for design-thinking
  5. Self-Driven with the ability to manage time, priorities, and targets independently
  6. Driven by entrepreneurial thinking and a belief in growth rooted in human connection
