Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie located in Mumbai. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section, assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes. This role also includes ensuring the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards, managing and training Demi-Chef De Parties or Commis, and overseeing kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Chef De Partie role or similar culinary position
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes
- Basic understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Team player with strong leadership skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification
