Job overview:

Executive Guest Relation is responsible for qualifying enquires, providing product insights and

persuading prospects for site visits. You will be closely tracking each prospects site visit and liaise

with admin team to organise for visits.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Enquiry Qualification: Initiate contact with the enquiries allocated through calls to

introduce them about the company and the projects. During the process of client

engagement qualify the enquiry.

  • Selling: Understand unique needs and preferences of each lead and propose project that

aligns with needs and finances. Persuade the lead for site visits to showcase the plots.

  • Site Visits: Arrange for site visit in consultation with sale team and Leads.
  • Provide regular feedback to the marketing team on quality of the leads received matching

the customer profiling.

  • Continuous follow ups on enquiries generated from various sources.
  • Report Sales: Present regular Site visit target achievement and performance metrics for

periodic sales review.

  • Develop comprehensive understanding of product, product quality, key features, benefits,

pricing, location, amenities & surrounding market.

  • Sale Lead Records: Follow Presales process outlined in the portal ensuring proper

information capturing.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about the various development across the city, real estate

trends, property values and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any Discipline.
  • 0 - 1 years of Experience in Real Estate/Plotted Development.
  • Specific skills

  • Relationship management.

  • Interpersonal skills.

  • Market Research.
  • Basic MS Excel and MS Word skills.
  • Computer Knowledge.
  • Language, Personality and Behavioral skills

  • Excellent Spoken & Written English, Kannada & Hindi Language.

effectively.

  • Excellent time management.
