Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients and explain project details.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and follow up with clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead details, stages, and follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth communication flow between marketing, presales, and sales teams.
- Convert qualified leads into potential site visits and bookings through effective follow-ups.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status and conversions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2–5 years of experience in
real estate presales or telecalling
(Real Estate experience preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
- Proficient in CRM software, Excel, and lead management tools.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle pressure to meet targets.
