Presales Executive

Role Overview:
The Presales Executive will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will play a key role in converting inquiries into confirmed projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a flair for design understanding, and the ability to present our services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and website forms promptly and professionally.
- Understand client requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Prepare and present
quotations, proposals, mood boards, and presentations
to potential clients. - Follow up with leads to answer queries, clarify doubts, and convert them into projects.
- Maintain a
CRM / lead tracker
to document all client interactions and follow-ups. - Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and improve the presales process.
- Attend client meetings (online/offline) and provide professional representation of Belaku Interiors.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline; design/architecture background is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making presentations and handling client objections.
- Knowledge of interior design trends and basic understanding of materials/finishes.
- Experience with
CRM tools
or Google sheets for lead tracking. - Proactive, organized, and target-driven.
