Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of real estate market trends and customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Build relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell services and increase revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for new business acquisition and client retention.
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, telecalling, and lead generation activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in presales, inside sales, or related field (real estate sales preferred).
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport over phone calls/meetings.
- Proficiency in using technology tools for lead management, CRM systems, etc.
