Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Executive in Bengaluru. The Presales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, preparing RFPs (Request for Proposals), and engaging in customer service activities. Daily tasks will involve communicating with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our solutions to drive sales.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience with RFP processes
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of the tech industry and experience with SMBs is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
