By syndicating multiple buyers, we negotiate the best deals and offer bulk discounts. We work exclusively with recognized and trustworthy brands and conduct thorough due diligence to ensure legally vetted properties. Our services include coordinating site visits, offering presentations, and providing end-to-end assistance with zero brokerage fees.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Executive located in Bengaluru. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and assisting in the sales process. The Presales Executive will also handle requests for proposals (RFPs), provide excellent customer service, and support the sales team by coordinating site visits and home presentations.
Qualifications
- Lead Generation, Sales, and RFP skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and support the sales team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
