Location: Flexible (India base, GCC travel as needed)
Reports to: Founder & Leadership Team
Focus: Revenue growth, strategic partnerships, ecosystem expansion
Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Growth & Partnerships Lead with a strong background in business development and the sports ecosystem, capable of operating across India and GCC markets. This role is responsible for converting our strong pipeline of academies, schools, and Cube franchise partners into live contracts, while building long-term partnerships that reinforce Football Creatives as the Football Operating System of the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Academies: Close new academy partnerships (initial 40+ hot leads), manage onboarding, ensure revenue targets (fees, merch, courses).
- Sportivate PE: Drive school partnerships (Kerala clusters expanding to BLR/TN; pipeline of students).
- FEN2 Cube: Source and close franchise partners; support activations (tour & permanent sites).
- Corporate & Sponsorships: Build brand partnerships for Festivals, Events, and Messi Kerala 2025.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM of leads, track conversion metrics, report to leadership.
- GCC Expansion: Identify UAE & Saudi partners (academies, schools, sponsors) and execute pilot entries.
- Cross-Sell: Push FEN2 App, courses, and merchandise through all partner channels.
KPIs (First 12 Months)
- Academies: 20+ signed, generating ₹20k+/month each.
- PE Schools: At least 2,000 new students onboarded.
- Cubes: 3–5 franchises sold, 2 sites live.
- Events/Sponsors: ₹50L+ gross sponsorship/ticketing value.
- App Growth: WAU to 25,000 by end of year.
Ideal Profile
- 2–5 years in sports business development, partnerships, or grassroots/edu-tech sales.
- Track record in India sports/education market; GCC exposure is a strong plus.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work across start-up chaos and structured pitches.
- Passion for football & sport as a development tool.
Compensation
- Base Salary: Competitive.
- Performance Bonus: Based on academy sign-ups, Cube franchises sold, PE school contracts, sponsorship deals.
- Equity Options: Aligned to funding stage
