Job Title: Area Manager – Village Park Execution About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Manager to lead the operations and business growth of 4–6 Village Parks within an assigned zone. The Area Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through the sales of products and services from Talrop's startups, attracting investments into Talrop's ecosystem, and ensuring each Village Park runs efficiently and sustainably. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, strategy, and execution to turn each Village Park into a thriving hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, and community development. Key Responsibilities: Oversee operations, performance, and profitability of 4–6 Village Parks within the assigned zone. Build and execute sales and business strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Promote and sell products and services of startups under Talrop's ecosystem. Develop and implement strategies to attract investors and generate sustainable business growth. Lead and motivate Village Park teams to deliver results aligned with Talrop's mission. Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and convert leads effectively. Ensure smooth coordination between departments for operational efficiency. Report regularly on performance metrics, revenue targets, and growth opportunities. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or operations management. Proven track record in achieving business targets and managing multiple operational units. Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to convert plans into actionable results. Preferred Attributes: Experience in handling multi-location operations or zonal management. Passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and ecosystem-based business models. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
