Restaurant Operations Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record of success in managing restaurant teams and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, hire, and train restaurant staff.
  • Develop and implement effective team management strategies.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.
  • Optimize restaurant layout, workflow, and staffing levels.
  • Implement systems to track inventory, labor costs, and sales performance.
  • Financial Performance:
  • Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Control food and beverage costs.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Guest Experience:
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Train staff on guest service best practices.
  • Implement guest feedback and suggestions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
