We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Operation Manager (MBA) to oversee daily business operations and lead our sales and support teams. The ideal Candidate will ensure smooth coordination between departments, drive sales performance and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the sales team to achieve organization's goals.
  • Monitor and improve operation efficiency across departments.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies and processes.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and academic teams.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • Support management in planning, decision making and execution of new initiatives.

Qualification and Skills

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations or Sales Management (preferably in the EdTech industry) is an advantage.
  • Proactive and dynamic freshers are also eligible to apply.
  • Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹240, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
