Job Summary:

We are seeking a Visa Operation Executive to manage end-to-end visa processing, documentation, and communication with embassies, consulates, and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle visa-related tasks efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process visa applications, including document collection, review, and submission.
  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and clients for visa queries and updates.
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Communicate with clients regarding visa requirements, processes, and application status.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure full compliance with visa and immigration regulations.
  • Stay updated with the latest visa policies and government regulations.
  • Assist in responding to client inquiries and provide guidance on visa procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa operations or a related field.
  • Typing skills (mandatory).
  • Basic computer proficiency (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory).
  • Languages Required: Arabic, Malayalam, and English.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹16,000.00 per month
