We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth across our services by building strong client relationships and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell hotel rooms, co-working spaces, and banquet hall packages.
  • Develop marketing campaigns to attract corporate clients, startups, and event organizers.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with local companies, travel agencies, and community groups.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, partnerships, and digital marketing activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in sales & marketing (hospitality, events, or real estate preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/BBA is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and local business trends will be an advantage.
