Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Experience:6 months to 3 years.
Prefer : Male Candidates.
Location:Palarivattom,Kochi.
Job Description:
- Identify and develop new franchise opportunities across target regions.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to explain the franchise business model.
- Manage the complete franchise onboarding and setup process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners.
- Provide continuous operational, marketing, and sales support to franchises.
- Monitor franchise performance and guide them to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with the corporate team for staff training and academic updates.
- Ensure all franchises follow Networkz Systems' operational and brand standards.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, seminars, and workshops for franchises.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on franchise performance and growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and suggest regional expansion strategies.
- Conduct periodic visits and audits to ensure quality and compliance.
- Looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is willing and able to travel.
Salary: 15k to 30k
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
