Job Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, sales strategy implementation, and coordination with internal teams for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Meet potential clients, understand requirements, and present suitable solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, interior mood board and business presentations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, production, design and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in interior sales & business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with excellent presentation abilities.
  • Ability to understand client needs and market dynamics.
  • Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
