We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in sales, marketing, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through online platforms and databases.
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow-up activities.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and proposals.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Maintain accurate reports and documentation of all sales activities.
  • Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:

  • Any bachelor's degree (Freshers can apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts (training will be provided).
  • Good command of English and regional languages.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet research).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
