Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conversion Rate Optimization: Convert leads into paying customers, ensuring a high conversion rate.

2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve any sales-related issues.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.

2. Proven Track Record: Consistent achievement of sales targets and a strong conversion rate.

3. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.

4. Self-Motivated: Results-driven and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed in sales.

Nice to Have:
1. Education Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the education sector, online learning platforms, and internship training programs.

2. Sales Tools: Experience with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and other sales enablement technologies.
