Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader – Field Sales to drive business growth for our Clear Castle Aligners. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of field sales executives, ensuring achievement of sales targets, building strong relationships with dentists/orthodontists, and driving revenue through effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Drive B2C/B2B sales through regular dentist/orthodontist visits, camps, and direct consumer interactions. Plan and execute doctor tie-ups, RWAs, corporate camps, and local marketing initiatives to generate leads. Ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers and conversion of leads into aligner cases. Monitor daily activities, maintain performance trackers, and report sales progress to management. Train and coach team members on product knowledge, objection handling, and effective selling techniques. Manage payouts, collections, and ensure smooth execution of sales operations. Identify new business opportunities and expand the network of dental professionals for aligner sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Dental Sciences, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the dental/pharma/aligners/healthcare sector.
  • Prior experience in handling a sales team is mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
