Job Description: Marketing Head – Real Estate
Position Summary
The Marketing Head oversees the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, sales enablement, and market positioning for the company's real estate portfolio. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep industry understanding to ensure effective product launches, digital presence, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing & Planning
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer segmentation.
- Lead annual marketing budgeting and forecasting.
2. Branding & Positioning
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Oversee brand campaigns, project naming, positioning, and collateral development.
3. Digital Marketing Leadership
- Drive digital lead-generation strategies across Google, Meta, real estate portals, SEO, and performance marketing channels.
- Oversee website management, landing pages, digital campaigns, and marketing automation tools (CRM).
- Track KPIs like cost per lead (CPL), cost per site visit, and conversion ratios.
4. Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead nurturing and optimized conversions.
- Develop sales kits, brochures, walkthrough videos, and VR/AR content.
5. Project Launch & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns for new project launches.
- Manage media planning (digital, OOH, print, radio), events, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
6. Customer Experience & CRM
- Oversee customer journey mapping, CRM implementation, and post-sales engagement strategies.
- Drive customer feedback programs to improve satisfaction and referrals.
7. Agency & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, digital partners, PR agencies, and media vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure quality, timelines, and ROI on spending.
8. Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team.
- Build an innovative, data-driven marketing culture.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent preferred.
Experience
- 10–18 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in real estate leadership roles.
- Proven success in project launches and digital-led lead generation.
Skills
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics.
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
