Hoora provides affordable autocare with doorstep convenience through its innovative technology and business model. We have developed a unique bag-pack that includes high-powered service tools and its own power source, enabling waterless or pressure-wash and vacuum car cleaning. This approach eliminates the need for cleaning vans or traditional asset-heavy car wash centers. Our mobile app allows easy booking and scheduling of on-demand professional services to meet customer requirements.

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Head of Operations
to lead and scale our hyperlocal business. This role demands ownership of end-to-end operations, building strong partner networks, and driving efficiency to ensure seamless supply and delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and scale hyperlocal operations across multiple zones
  • Build & optimize SOPs for smooth supply and service delivery
  • Manage partner onboarding, performance, and engagement
  • Drive data-driven decisions to improve efficiency & reduce costs
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing for operational excellence

  • Proven track record (6–10 years) in hyperlocal, supply chain, or last-mile delivery
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving & execution skills
  • Hands-on experience with scaling and process optimization
