Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Nagpur for the Supply Growth Head role. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to grow the supply base, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, and identifying growth opportunities. This role requires monitoring market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals, and driving results through data-driven decision-making. The Supply Growth Head will lead efforts to onboard new suppliers and ensure consistent engagement with existing supply partners to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Business Development
  • Experience in Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Partner Engagement
  • Strong Data Analysis, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams toward achieving goals
  • Proficiency in tools such as CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in urban solutions, hospitality, or logistics is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. An MBA is preferred.
