Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for a National Sales Head, overseeing the sales and distribution of frozen fruits and vegetables. Primary responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, managing a nationwide sales team, driving channel sales initiatives, and expanding the company's market presence. The role requires maintaining relationships with key clients, analyzing sales performance data, and identifying growth opportunities to ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic execution to drive growth and achieve organizational objectives
  • Strong skills in Team Management, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Proven expertise in Channel Sales and Sales strategies, ensuring effective market penetration
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in an on-site leadership role in Nagpur
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the food and beverage or FMCG industry is an asset
