Summary: Looking for a Nagpur based MALE candidate who can join immediately.

Candidates who require 3 Months' Notice Period are not eligible.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain expert level of product knowledge and applications.

· Able to handle a team of 15-20 people and also do suitable recruitments and changes wherever required.

· Shall be able to take up targets for multiple products and services.

· Articulate product positioning to both sales teams and external customers, including competitor substitutions.

· Shall be responsible for representing our company with full enthusiasm and passion.

· The individual has to ensure co-ordination amongst residential sales engineers in PAN INDIA level.

· Understanding the industrial requisitions (power plants , cement, steel ,oil&gas) in the all-region.

· Creating networks for revenue generation.

· To achieve the desired targets for complete Sales Team by implementing productive protocols and operating procedures.

· Streamlining customer relationship management.

· Travelling for Pan India level, Market research and trend analysis, managerial skills.

· Prompt submission of daily/weekly/monthly/annual sales reports and projections.

· Strategizing business pipelines and revenue streams for existing business verticals.

· Synchronizing the entire sales team to be driven towards achieving the objectives for overall growth.

As the role being offered to the candidate is very imperative and dynamic, the responsibilities shall keep increasing over his tenure.
