Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for the Head of Retail at Frikly. The Head of Retail will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, developing and implementing business strategies, managing sales performance, and leading a team to achieve retail targets. This role requires interaction with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellence in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Planning and possessing strong Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Retail and Sales
  • Proven ability in Team Management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in interior materials and décor industry is a plus
