Team Lead, Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities :
● Own the inside sales funnel from lead allocation to closure.
● Guide and motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
● Conduct morning meetings and regular 1:1 connects with POCs to improve performance.
● Drive insurance penetration and group retention conversions.
● Ensure compliance through audits, funnel hygiene, and timely case movement.
● Share reports, highlight gaps, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For :
● 3+ years of sales experience with minimum 1 year in tele-sales team management.
● Proven success in driving conversions, insurance, or retention sales.
● Data-driven, strong with CRM and Workable tools.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
● Insurance experience would be an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹450, ₹600,000.00 per year
