Role Overview
V2Solutions is seeking a strategic and experienced Inside Sales Head to lead and scale its global inside sales organization. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing international sales operations, and aligning closely with marketing, delivery, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute inside sales strategies
- Manage CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, etc.)
- Lead and coach SDRs and Inside Sales teams
- Drive enterprise and international sales growth
- Optimize sales processes and performance analytics
- Represent brand and contribute to market intelligence
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in IT services sales, with 710 years in leadership
- Proven success in enterprise B2B sales
- Experience with consultative selling and multi-region teams
- Strong command of CRM and sales tools
