Job Summary:
Fashion TV is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated
Inside Sales Executive – Lead Generation
to join our global outreach team. The ideal candidate will have
prior experience in international BPO
, strong communication skills, and hands-on expertise using
CRM systems
and
autodialer software
for lead generation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls using CRM-integrated autodialer tools to generate high-quality leads.
- Understand and promote Fashion TV's media, branding, and licensing solutions to global prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and call targets.
- Follow up on warm leads via email or phone to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams for campaign alignment and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum
1 year experience in International BPO
(preferably in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing). - Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proven ability to generate leads in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience using
CRM tools
(e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and
autodialers
(e.g., VICIdial, Five9, CallHub). - Basic knowledge of sales funnels and lead nurturing processes.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Previous experience in media, branding, fashion, or luxury industry.
- Knowledge of global markets and cultural nuances.
