Preferred candidate profile

s a Inside Sales Representative/Sales Development Representative at Mentoria, you are the first human touchpoint between Mentoria and the corporate world.

Youll initiate meaningful conversations with CHROs, Employee Wellbeing heads, L&D heads, DE&I leaders, and Employee Experience SPOCs, and generate qualified meetings for our Business Development team.

This role requires intelligence, empathy, research, and relationship-building not just scripts and spamming.

What you'll do:

  • Identify, research & qualify HR decision-makers in top Indian companies
  • Run thoughtful, multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp & Calls
  • Tailor every pitch - no spam, no templates
  • Set up discovery meetings and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team
  • Maintain hygiene and follow-up discipline in Zoho CRM
  • Work closely with the sales manager and content team for outreach campaigns
