Job description  Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.  Understand customer needs and requirements.  Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales rep for further development and closure.  Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly quotas.  Research accounts, identify key contacts and generate interest.  Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory  Database profiling and validation  Update CRM
Background:-  Person with Sales background in IT Industry  Preferably selling - Email Solutions, Messaging Solutions, Data Centre or Hosting Solutions.  Excellent communication skills, Active Listener, Versatile, Presentable etc..  Currently doing Lead Generation and Sales Call to clients for pitching.  Working on Targets and ready for Fix and Variable salary.  Track record of over-achieving quota  Experience in database management in CRM  1-2 years in same domain
Target:-  Target is to fix qualified meetings for sales team.  Per week meetings target will be there.
Qualifications  Excellent Communication  Bachelor's degree or equivalent  1+ years' previous Inside sales/lead generation experience  Experience working on CRM system
