Our client is a global manufacturing company providing components for industrial and automotive applications across multiple sectors. We are looking for a Unit Head who will drive operational strategy by setting departmental goals, analyzing information, and aligning priorities with organizational objectives.

Responsibilites:

  • Provide constructive leadership, foster work culture, and build trust through a leadership matrix.
  • Set strategic direction for plant operations aligned with customer expectations and company objectives.
  • Oversee plant P&L, statutory compliance, budgets, cash flow, and CAPEX planning.
  • Manage and develop plant teams, including succession planning and industrial relations.
  • Ensure operational excellence: quality, delivery, safety, continuous improvement, supply chain, and order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with corporate functions to align operational priorities with broader strategy (30% strategic, 70% operational).

Requirements:

  • 20 years of experience needed with excellent Knowledge of managing operations in manufacturing Industry.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, six sigma, JIT, Kanban, TPM, FMEA, SAP and BSC.
