Roles & Responsibilities:
To build a world class team and manage existing team of marketing managers, content marketer, graphic designer etc.
To brainstorm with the team on a regular basis to come out with innovative ideas/experiments to create buzz or increase organic traffic
To own and get the marketing manager to execute online paid ad campaigns on various publishers/partners like FB, LinkedIn, GDN etc.
To push and coordinate with the PR agency to increase reach and ensure accurate brand positioning and brand image
To present and brainstorm a bi-weekly marketing plan with the marketing co-founder
To own and increase referral traffic\
To strategise with the content marketer to have a agressive content marketing strategy across social media, own blog, guest blog, Slideshare, Quora etc.
To strategize and execute any offline campaigns that make sense
