Job Overview:

We are looking for a 
dynamic and hands-on Operations Head or Partner
 to manage the 
end-to-end operations
 of our bakery unit. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of daily operations, staff management, order execution, and process optimization to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the bakery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage 
    all aspects of bakery operations
    , from production to dispatch.
  • Hire, train, and lead
     the bakery team to maintain high-quality standards and efficiency.
  • Supervise 
    daily order execution
    , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in quality.
  • Manage 
    inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination
    .
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and operational protocols.
  • Streamline processes for better productivity and cost efficiency.
  • Work closely with management to plan growth, new product rollouts, and operational scaling.
  • Take ownership of bakery performance — including profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

    bakery / food production / operations management

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of bakery processes, inventory control, and quality standards.
