Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chefs to join our kitchen brigade. If you're passionate about Italian cuisine, freshly baked breads, or delicate desserts — and eager to learn in a high-standard professional kitchen — this is your chance to grow with one of India's leading culinary teams.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist senior chefs in daily mise-en-place and section operations (Italian / Bakery / Pastry).


• Prepare ingredients, sauces, doughs, and desserts as per recipes.


• Uphold DIVA's quality and presentation standards.


• Maintain hygiene and kitchen discipline as per HACCP guidelines.


• Support smooth kitchen operations during service.


• Learn and adapt to authentic Italian culinary techniques.

Candidate Profile


• 1–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen preferred.


• Diploma or certification in culinary arts is an advantage.


• Passionate about food, teamwork, and consistency.


• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.


• Candidates available to join immediately will be given priority.
