Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commi 1 Pastry and Bakery professional, located in Mumbai. The role involves preparing and baking a variety of baked goods and pastries while maintaining high-quality standards. The Commi 1 will assist in creating recipes, following production schedules, ensuring meticulous hygiene practices, and contributing creative ideas to enhance menu offerings. The candidate will collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding bakery and pastry products.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques
  • Strong Cooking and Creativity skills to contribute to the overall culinary experience
  • Understanding of Hygiene protocols and their consistent implementation in the kitchen
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Formal training in culinary arts, pastry, or baking is preferred
  • Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is an advantage
