Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and aligning them with Vigyapan Mart's offerings.
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets in terms of revenue, client acquisition, and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, creative, and execution) to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential areas of business growth.
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Maintain and update sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts for management review.
  • Ability to handle and convert leads with digital marketing requirement effectively, with prior experience in an advertising and marketing environment

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing, preferably in advertising, marketing, or media industry.
