We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Noida Sector -15, Uttar Pradesh

Your Role: As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the voice and face of our company, connecting with potential clients, understanding their challenges, and offering them meaningful financial solutions.
You'll play a key role in driving growth, building relationships, and shaping client success stories
What You'll Do:
Engage with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp & emails.
Explain our legal and financial services in a clear, confident manner.
Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Convert qualified leads into active clients.
Maintain lead records and update the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, Google Sheets).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Law.
Freshers with great communication skills are welcome
