Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Sales Executive to promote and sell our SaaS-based automation, communication, and business tools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, social media, email campaigns, and networking.
 - Present and demonstrate SaaS products to prospective clients via online meetings or in-person presentations.
 - Understand client requirements and propose suitable SaaS solutions based on business needs.
 - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
 - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
 - Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM.
 - Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for smooth onboarding and client support.
 - Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new product updates.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
 - 1–3 years of experience in SaaS / IT product sales (preferred).
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Strong negotiation and closing skills.
 - Good understanding of cloud-based software and digital tools.
 - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound calling.
 - Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
 
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling WhatsApp Automation, CRM, ERP, or marketing automation tools.
 - Understanding of subscription-based business models.
 - Ability to explain technical concepts in simple business language.
