Role
You will support with qualifying and nurturing leads to support the Sales team. The role involves utilising Zoho CRM to manage and convert leads and track interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and collate industry, corporate and senior professional research.
- Manage and update lead data in Zoho CRM, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop outreach.
- Improve and enhance SEO.
- Manage CRM, segment for targeted sales, and maintain accurate interaction records.
- Support in creating and executing campaigns through Zoho.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Preference for candidates trained/experienced with Zoho CRM.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Office 365.
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing techniques.
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
