Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and devising strategies to drive business growth.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to align objectives.
The role also involves attending networking events and industry conferences to build a robust professional network.
Building strong alliances with schools, colleges, and universities to promote organization's programs and services by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
Building and maintaining strong connections with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
Planning and hosting webinars, seminars, and events for educational institutions.
Registering candidates on the organization's platform solution.
Soliciting feedback from educational institutions to enhance our services and offerings.
Establishing solid relationships with employers in assigned territories to seek job opportunities to facilitate student placements.
Collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution of projects related to institutional connections.
Achieving and surpassing sales and revenue goals in the designated territory.
Staying informed on industry trends and competitors to identify partnerships and business development opportunities.
Identifying new opportunities to gain an edge over competitors and boost partnerships and revenue growth.
Location: Kerala / Kochi, Bangalore.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Market Research, and Sales Strategy
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the education or learning solutions industry is a plus
