Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of International Sales, based in Mumbai.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand the company's presence in international furnishing & building material industries.

The responsibilities include developing and managing the global sales strategy to expand market reach, driving business development efforts, and managing relationships with international clients. The Head of International Sales will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee sales targets, and lead a team for effective execution and expansion of international business operations. Regular engagement with stakeholders, negotiation, and ensuring compliance with international trade requirements will be part of the role.

Job Requirement

  • Expertise in International Sales, Sales, and International Business to drive global market expansion and revenue growth.
  • proven experience in export sales within the PVC , Furnishing, Decor, paint industries
  • Strong Team Management skills, with experience in leading and mentoring sales teams for achieving organizational goals.
  • Strategic thinking, excellent communication, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proven experience in the manufacturing or flooring industry is advantageous.
  • Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field preferred. MBA is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required by the role.
