Job Summary
The Manager - Customer Growth is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, achieving revenue growth, and hitting sales targets. This role involves managing the entire customer deal lifecycle, growing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating business development activities. The Sales Manager will work closely with senior management to ensure progress is communicated and documented throughout the sales process.
Experience : 3 - 8 years
Salary : INR 900,000 - 2,200,000/year
Location : Mumbai, India
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and hit sales targets.
- Grow existing accounts and build strong relationships with client team members, expanding the network across various business units/teams.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the senior management team to keep all stakeholders informed of sales progress.
- Manage the entire customer deal lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Ensure all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner.
- Document the sales process and closing activities.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing and an MBA as a post-graduation qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong business sense and sales expertise.
- Ability to quickly learn and use new technology.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, changing environment.
