Role & responsibilities

  • Prior experience of at least 4+years in Banking and Financial Services
  • Presales/Business development/Operations experience in BFS Business processes is preferred
  • Strong domain knowledge across Payments systems & operations / Business Analysis / Strategic Planning, Operations Management / Process Streamlining / Designing Business Processes Responsibilities
  • End-to-End ownership for proposal management, sales presentations, strategy & research initiatives, sales collaterals focussed on new/existing service offerings.
  • End to End Responsibility of handling customer visits, including coordination with all stakeholders
  • Project manage all aspects of pursuit from kick-off through bid/proposal submission
  • Work on RFI/RFP responses including solution design, capabilities and experience mapping
  • Support pricing model development
  • Review collateral and maintenance for an assigned business area (brochures, white papers, presentations)
  • Create and generate industry reports within defined duration for market intelligence (Trends/Deals)
  • Support sales account planning and strategy initiatives for BFS Business processes / Geo strategy plans for designated functional areas
  • Understands the Business processes market trends and possess competitive intelligence to effectively contribute to designing solution and target service offerings
  • Excellent communication

Preferred candidate profile

  • Presales experience in IT/ Business processes and strong BFS domain knowledge
  • MBA/ masters in finance or similar degree from Top Tier educational institute
  • Functional certifications in Cards & Payment, Banking
