Title - Presales / Bid Manager Work location :Chennai / BangaloreWe are seeking an experienced Presales / Bid Manager with a strong background in the Healthcare domain to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the presales process, developing winning proposals, and ensuring successful bid management.

This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing large and complex bids. Key Responsibilities:Lead the presales process for healthcare-related opportunities, including qualification, solution design, and proposal development. Collaborate with sales, delivery, and practice teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and pain points.

Manage the end-to-end bid process for healthcare bids, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions. Develop compelling bid content, including executive summaries, solution descriptions, case studies, and pricing models. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including technical teams, legal, finance, and senior management, to gather necessary inputs and approvals.

Organize and coordinate client visits, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience. Prepare comprehensive agendas, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to client interests and requirements. Gather and incorporate client feedback from visits to refine and enhance our offerings.

Stay abreast of the latest trends, regulations, and advancements in the healthcare industry. Provide thought leadership and insights to internal teams and clients on healthcare domain topics. Develop and share best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for healthcare presales and bid management.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Information Technology). MBA / PGDM preferred.7 – 10 years of experience in presales and bid management. Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex bids in the healthcare sector.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals and presentations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams. Knowledge of healthcare technologies, regulations, and compliance standards.

Certification in bid and proposal management (e.g., APMP) preferred.
