Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Investment professional located in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, analyzing market trends, and managing investments. Day-to-day tasks include scrutinizing property details, analyzing investment portfolios, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The candidate will also work closely with the team to strategize and optimize real estate investment plans.

Qualifications

  • Investment and Real Estate Investment skills
  • Real Estate and Due Diligence expertise
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate investment sector is a plus
