Role Overview

We are hiring
Business Development Executive Interns
to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting our recruitment and HR services growth. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and manage new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Support lead generation activities through calls, visits, and networking
  • Understand client staffing needs and recommend appropriate HR solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Maintain key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to business growth strategies and market expansion
  • Research market trends and competitor activities
