9 PM – 6 AM IST &
9 AM – 6 PM IST

Business Development Executive (Full-Time)
Experience:
Freshers & 1 yr experienced both welcome
Start Date:
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Travel Reimbursement Allowance (TRA) + Incentives
Requirements:
- Fluent English Communication
- Graduate (Any Stream)
- Willing to work in Night Shift ( 9 PM – 6 AM IST)
- Must be in Kolkata or ready to relocate

Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to parents/students (clients) to explain Connect2Learn's programs.
● Book free demo classes by engaging students and parents in meaningful conversations.
● Handle inbound inquiries and provide clear program information.
● Maintain follow-up cycles to ensure demos are scheduled and attended.
● Update CRM systems with accurate lead details and status.
● Collaborate with counselors and operations teams to ensure smooth demo experiences.
● Meet daily/weekly demo booking targets.
