Position Overview

AI Academia is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to support our growing operations. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, engaging prospective clients, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct lead generation activities through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social platforms, and referrals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate AI Academia's offerings effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions using internal CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding, queries, and service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company professionally in both virtual and in-person discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 0–1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up abilities.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Preferred Attributes

  • Immediate joiners will be given priority.
  • Prior internship or project experience in sales or business development will be advantageous.
