Who We're Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, good with people, and has strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls with leads following the given scripts and instructions to explain services, build trust, and encourage them to visit our centre.
- Convince and convert prospective leads into walk-ins and clients.
- Segregate, organize, and update lead sheets based on frequency, interest, and follow-up requirements.
- Maintain a master grid and master sheet for tracking client data, lead status, and follow-ups.
- Track and maintain records of all communications and regularly update lead status.
- Coordinate with the wellness team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in naturopathy centres, diet clinics, or wellness industry (mandatory).
- Strong communication & persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with lead management, structured calling, and reporting.
Location: Andheri East, Chakala
Work Type: Full-time (On-site) | Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16, ₹21,000.00 per month
Preffered: Female - who have good experience with sales and handling clients queries confidently.
